I’m a mortgage broker and have been in the private lending space for over 10 years specialising in short term business and investment loans, as well as construction finance. Having worked on both sides of the lending fence has allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and insight into what banks and private lenders will and won’t accept.
I ask the right questions, get the information lenders want to see, and can assist in finding structures that work. It means my clients get straight answers, viable solutions, and a clearer path forward, even when timelines are tight or the project isn’t cookie-cutter.
