I’ve always loved solving problems. I am the one figuring out how to make things work — puzzles, plans, people.
I’m a mortgage broker and have been in the private lending space for over 10 years specialising in short term business and investment loans, as well as construction. I’ve worked on both sides of the lending fence, so I know what banks and private lenders will and won’t accept. I ask the right questions, get the information lenders want to see, and find structures that work. It means my clients get straight answers, viable solutions, and a clearer path forward, even when timelines are tight or the project isn’t cookie-cutter.
